Child Sexual Abuse in the Black Church

The molestation of children have be prepetrated on children for many years. It's occurrences have caused strife among the victims and the people whom is fighting against these heinous crime that is committed against defenseless children.

Church and child molestation has been swept under the table, as being not a major concern under violent crimes against humanity. However, throughout the years , technology and government concern have made progress in improving and addressing the issue on child molestation. The crime is now being taking seriously and properly study ; so that it can be addressed with adequate prevention, intervention and criminal prosecution, for the prep.

These solutions are advertised to the public ; which make the prep more aware of his/her surrounding; and how to avoid capture and prosecution. The prep have an even greater opportunity to easily capture children. But, in the event of an disastrous act of child molestation ; the chances of the prep being caught is more greater then it was , years ago . However, the crime of child molestation is still at an all time high.

One of the many places where you can find an prep; is in this so called holy sacred place ; church  of  the omnipotent benevolent god of the world.

The teaching of the bible have always been considered an perfection of ones body mind and soul. It's teaching is of an enitable peace; and harmless practice for the world. Christianity came along with an new meaning for purpose of an abundant life and the infinite life of ever lasting, after the flesh dies. One would never believe that the church of this god ;  is acts of child molestation and the cover up, of the act within the congregation .

As, much as the black race had to endure the rape and murder of women children and men; by the vicious white racist. It is hard to believe that such crime against children, is being committed by members of the black churches.

I have giving an listing of articles surrounding the black churches an child sexual abuse.. There is one other church that is now added to the list of unholy churches ; whom cover up  child abuse in church. Bishop William Bonner , is head of , one of the largest Apostolic Pentecostal churches in the United States of America. An large amount of his churches is called Refuge Church of Christ. There have been speculation of his church having similarities of an cult; from observation of ex- member trying to leave the congregational body. These speculation are true as, well as the speculation of the church covering up men whom sexual abuse children ; by moving the prep from church to church to prevent public knowledge and persecution. But, yet the church will harass the victim and family into in ediblabe humiliation ; for even bringing the thought ; of an child being sexually violated by one of their own ; or is it that the cult have every intention to violate the trust of people and to violate the children in whom which they come in contact with.

In my life have faced these monster ; whom violate children; like other children whom been molested; I was violated as well. the first time I was approached by the monster prep ; is when I was as young as seven years old. I lived at 131 School Street in Jamaica Plain, MA; the prep was an old white man named Marty ; whom my family brought bed spreads, curtains and etc. from. I did not want myself to be violated again ; but later on in life ; the same monstrous act approached me again.

The first apartment I ever had was in South Boston , MA ; around all the mean racist Irish. I was sacred to move there ; but, I had no other choice but to; it was affordable subsidized; if I did not take it I would go back down to the bottom of the list and had to wait about another year; during that time I would have to live with my mother , brothers and sister; something I did not want to do ; because living with family has gotten to dysfunctional ; so, I needed to find my own apartment. I did not want to leave home so soon ; but, it would be best for me and my family, if I just did not live there.

I picked up my key in June of 1991; to 7 Orton Moratta Way off of " B" Street.

The early month when I found out I got the apartment ; I found out another nice surprise. I was pregnant. I was happy about it . I wanted to be the best parent in the world. I got involved in the Healthy baby program; I had an African Midwife named Makada Kamara and an social worker. They made home visits to my home. Makada and the worker was making sure I had every thing I needed for the baby. They both often said that I seemed much better being in my own house . But, I explained how I did not want to live around all these white people. They under stood ; and one of them said that they were one of the first minority who lived in their neighbor hood ; but they made an stand through the racial chagrin; and more people like them begin to move in ; and the trouble makers moved away. I still was scared and could not stay there; even though the story was very encouraging. Then one of them went on to say that they are going to give me a book about a woman who was molested ; and how she gave it to this theist woman whom was molested; it helped her not be so paranoid with her child. I knew then they defiantly read my records at Martha Elliot . I guess they knew Marty was white ; and felt that I am scared of white people.

All I knew is that, I did not want it to happen to any of my children; putting them  in the path of an monstrous child molester. But, by me being involved in church; I was unknowingly in a place where there was an large amount of child predators. Amongst, all the other things I have encountered with this church; harboring child molester was things they did also.

When I moved back to Boston, MA

I found my self back in one of Bishop Bonners church; of course through coerced behavior from the church . I ended up meeting Tour’e Payton family members ; they had brought to church with them a man  named Al. Later , I found out that it was the same Al that was in the paper for molesting an little black girl. Before, I found out about him; I had an very uneasy settling about him; as if he was involved in some sort of indignant sex crime. I no longer wanted to be around them; and I stop bringing my daughter over to Toure Payton’s god mothers house Veronica Smith . Later  on  I would   somtimes run  into Al; then  in  the    summer of 2007,I  saw Al again in Florence,SC;  it   made   me   nerves , I began  to believe  that  Al  and  his   people were fellowing  me and my daughter.  It is hard   to  beleive, that Bishop Hester would  let  Al run the  youth  out  reach service; for  children  whom  is at    high risk;  the  vulnerable.

Child molestation is an very serious crime; and we as an people, we most not side with an accused child molester just because they are within your race. The blacks as well as white or other races should be hold accountable for the crimes they have committed against children . The African American race must not be ashamed about their own race of people ; committing such an hideous crime. It should not damage the character of the race ; it is an individual act . One should not be judge by his or her race; only by the character. If an race feels, that they race is being falsely accused because of their race; then such serious accusation should be closely examined ; with out placing the victim in fear of his or her accusation. Blacks needs to be honest ; so the African American themselves can keep their children safe and sane.

Remember, black race; if someone is judging you by your race; they are the ones whom are ignorant.
