The  Means  of  Restitution.

The  African   slaves  and   his  descendent  have  be  demoralized  by   the  hands  and mind   of the  white race;  the  act  was  inconceivable;  To strip  a  people  from  their  culture,  god  and  especially  their  self  worth. Having  a  black  president  in    this   current   economy ;should  not  erase  the  thought  of  entitled restitution;  that is   owed  to the  descendant  of the  African  slave.

 Slave Trade

Between  1619   and 1807  theirs  was  about  15  million  African Slaves  that  were brought   to  America.

 Congress  was  against  the  slave   trade  and  passed  a  law  to ban  it.

There were still   Africa being   smuggled   to the United States.

There  was  an   estimated   23 million  Africans  died from the   journey  to   America;  about  17 million  died  as an  African  slave  in American. .

The   Means  of  Reparation

Restitution   is   in fact   owed   to the    descendant of African race.  The    race    has been    subject  one of  the  worse  enslavers   there  has ever  been .    The   oppressed    race    of   blacks had tolerated  inhumane   acts   that    violated  their    physical,   mental   and    emotional  being.  Causing  and   producing   misplaced   minds  in the  African  race.   This  misplacement   injected   an  sense   of  not  valued ; alienating  them from   their   original   beings;  that   their culture  so  finely  shaped previously .  Throughout  the   years,   freedom from  enslavement   could  only   be  accomplished  through  the  lives of  black  men serving in  the civil war.  

In July   of  1863  , Frederick   Douglas   two   sons   and   many   others   African    Americans led   an  attack  on  Fort   Wagner .  The   attack   was not   successful. ;  about  half   the  men    were  killed   along    with   the   white   Commander   Colonel  Robert  G.  Shaw.  Fredderick  Douglas   sons,   did    survive ;  with   Sergeant   William   Carnes   whom   was   the   first    African   American  to  receive    ,  the   Medal   of   Honor.

Then  in  Tennessee  1864  A  confederate  troops   captured . slaughter  and  killed   African  American   soldiers ; over   200  were   killed   in  confederate   prison .  Those   who  were  not   killed   were   sent  back into  slavery.  Here   in  the  United   States of  America ;  the    black   race   have   be   oppressed     by the   racist   whites   for   decades .    Now   that   we have   an   President    of  African  descendant;  does   this   means   that   the  ideal   of   reparation , should   be   thrown   under the   table.

However,  Barack  Obama win  of  presidency ,   did   in fact  became  the   American   Dream   for    the    now,   fortunate   African Americans .  Whom   odds  at    one   time , were   against  the   will   of  humanity;  because  of  the racism  towards   the   African   race .

Reparation is an  debt, that  should   be  paid ;  just law  suits  for  pain  and   suffering .  The only  way  to pay  the   debt ; is   to   honor  the   request  of  the   descendant    of   the   African  slave restitution .

 Some  would  asked  why  honor such  a  thing; even  people  of  the African  American race.

The  request   should  be   honored   for  the   following  reason.

1.)  Africans  slaves  was  stolen  from their original country origin  .

2.)  Africans  were  shipped in  deplorable  conditions.

3.) Brainwashing, through violence; was  performed in order  to trigger an  non- resistance   response ;  that   became   the   main  method  that   engaged  the    slave   to   the   work  performance   of  the   white  master .

4.)  Manipulating   the  black  slave; by   weaning   the    slave  out  of the  cradle ,of  loving   parents ;  and    into   the way  of   life ; as   in   slave  of  the white  master.

5.) The beatings ,  rapes  and   murders  of    millions   of  slaves ;   for  resisting the   slave  life  and   for   the amusement for  the white master and  those like  him.

The  continuing  dogmatic   conspiracy  to  eliminate the  black  race ; is  in  current  continuing  existence .   That  displays   the   evidence  of   discrimination , in  which  African   American  rights  are  Violated , resulting in  the   debilitation   of   the  race   that    is  being  violated.  Also, debilitation   occurs   when   their   is  an un-ethical   consistency,  of rights not  being  observed ,  acknowledge,  and  addressed to  the  circumstance   with   fairness   of   human   rights ;  which  then creates an intolerance( not  having  the   capabilities  to  withstand  the   up  and  downs   of   life   turmoil).  This   consistency  of disappointments   of   inequality ;  will   cause  debilitation   of  ones  state   of being.    The    now  African  American should  be compensated   for   past, present    and   future    condition   of  the   ex-slave  and   their  heirs of  the   African  American  race.  For the  white  race inhumane , enforced  labor of  African  people.
